Email support:

support@rolegrowth.com

Response time: within 24 hours on business days.

For billing issues: we aim to respond within 4 hours.

What to include in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot if relevant
  • Any error message you saw

Bug reports:

Use the Feedback button inside the dashboard at the bottom right of any page.

Select Bug report and describe what happened.

This goes directly into our tracking system.

Feature requests:

We read every feature request. Use the Feedback button and select Feature request.

The most requested features get built first.

Response time expectations:

  • Billing issues: within 4 hours on business days
  • Technical bugs: within 24 hours
  • Feature requests: acknowledged within 48 hours

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm IST.

Emails received outside business hours are answered the next business day.
