How does RoleGrowth handle my personal data?

What data we collect:

• Your name, email, and profile information that you provide
• Your resume content that you enter
• Your job applications that you track
• Usage data showing which features you use and when you log in

How we use your data:

• To power AI features: your resume is sent to Claude AI for processing
• To save your work between sessions
• To send account notifications and weekly digests if enabled
• To improve RoleGrowth using aggregate anonymised statistics

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not share your resume with employers without your action.

We do not use your resume to train AI models.

We do not store your payment details, which are handled by Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy.

AI processing:

When you use AI features, your data is sent to Anthropic Claude API.

Anthropic does not use customer API data to train their models.

Data deletion:

To delete your account and all data, go to Settings then Account then Delete Account.

Or email support@rolegrowth.com and we delete everything within 7 days.

RoleGrowth complies with India Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time.
